The Finer Details...
Servicing Days
We iron each weekday, except public holidays. Delivery is the following day, except for Fridays, where delivery is held over until Monday.
Basket Number
A unique customer number will be assigned to you and will be written on your washing basket.
Hangers
Please supply enough hangers for your ironing. If hangers are not included, we will supply them at a cost of 30c each.
Starch
We highly recommend the use of an ironing aid or starch spray. We stock Sonett Ironing Aid/Starch Spray, which is a 100% biodegradable and natural product and can add this to your invoice.
Special Instructions
If you have special preferences, please have your instructions on a piece of paper and leave it with the ironing each time so that your ironer is aware. Example: long pants ironed flat, velvet hangers for dresses only, etc.
Collection & Delivery
We commence collections 6:00AM, so please have your collection ready to go at that time. Please notify us if you have any pets to be aware of. We stock small garment racks and can add this to your invoice if required.
Prices
Our pricing is per item, however we have a minimum charge of $58. Collection and delivery are included in the service at no extra cost.
Accounts
Invoices are issued via email. Automatic payments can be setup to direct debit the invoice amount from your nominated bank account on the due date. Alternatively, you can pay the invoice using credit/debit card via a payment link in the invoice.
Make a Booking
If you are a weekly or fortnightly customer, we will send a reminder notification via text message prior to your collection day. Please notify us if you do not want the collection. If you are a casual customer, please send a text to 0412 879 275 to book your collection.
